As a homeowner, you may not be aware when a permit is required. Therefore, we encourage you to contact our office whenever any construction work will be undertaken on your property. Work that is regulated by adopted building codes and fire and public safety regulations requires a permit before work can begin. Our staff is standing by to help you determine if your project requires a permit.

Download a Residential Building packet, or contact the Building Department Office for more information.
