As Commissioners, our ultimate customers are the residents and business owners of Storey County. Therefore, both internal and independent external audits are conducted to ensure we're consistently meeting and exceeding our services to Storey County. The audit process provides  comprehensive review and accountability for use of tax dollars, provides a forum for addressing financial issues and results in overall better, more effective local government.
