The District Attorney of Storey County is a non-partisan official who works to uphold the criminal and civil laws of the County. On behalf of the People of Storey County, this office is also charged with prosecuting adult and juvenile defendants alleged to have committed felony and misdemeanor crimes throughout Storey County. In addition, the District Attorney's office works with state and local law enforcement agencies to detect and investigate criminal activity, and participate in efforts to improve the administration of justice.
