Virginia Township Justice Court, the "People's Court" is a court of limited jurisdiction. The court is located in Virginia City, Nevada, the county seat for Storey County.  

This office presides over traffic, criminal, misdemeanor, civil, small claims, protection orders and landlord tenant matters in the Justice Court.
