Income Survey for Lockwood Residents

Storey County is requesting your assistance and cooperation in conducting an Income Survey of all residents living in the Lockwood community

In order to qualify for federal loans and grants for county improvements, we must survey all residents to determine their household income. This data will be evaluated only to determine if our projects qualify for federal financial assistance which is based on the median household income in Storey County.

To assist us in determining the household income in Storey County, we kindly request that you complete the survey that you will be receiving in the mail. Please use the self-addressed stamped envelope to return your response by November 15, 2012.

All responses will be sent to the Nevada Rural Water Association as they will act as a reliable and impartial source to compile and certify survey responses.

Your response will be held in the strictest confidence.
