APPEALS
The official land use zoning ordinance for the County of Storey was established to serve the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare. Additionally, zoning provides the economic and social advantages that result from an orderly planned use of economic, natural and community resources. The goal of proper zoning is to encourage, guide and provide for the future growth and development of the county; and to implement the goals, objectives, policies and proposals of the Storey County Master Plan.
