The Storey County Clerk serves as the District Court Clerk. The Clerk maintains vital records and the voters' registration system as well as coordinates all of the elections held in the County. The Clerk is involved in the property tax assessment appeal process by setting the agendas and notifying all parties that have appealed of the hearing date. Additionally, the Clerk takes minutes and records the final notification of the discussions made during the hearing. The Clerk is also responsible for public posting of Storey County Commissioner meeting agendas and minutes.
