AB6 Notice of Fee Increase
Upon the Governor's approval Section 30 amends the fee for filing and indexing Uniform Commercial Code Financial Statements to Sixty dollars if the record consists of not more than two pages. Ninety dollars if the record consists of more than two pages but less than twenty pages. The search fee is increased to Sixty dollars.
Upon the Governor's approval Section 47 amends the fee for filing Proof of Labor and Notice of Intent to Hold for mining claims. An additional fee is imposed regarding a mining claim held by a person who holds 11 or more mining claims in the State of Nevada. If a person holds not less than 11 and not more than 199, the fee imposed is $70 per claim. If a person holds not less than 200 and not more than 1299, the fee imposed is $85 per claim. If a person holds not less than 1300, the fee imposed is $195 per claim. An affidavit declaring the greatest number of mining claims held in this State on the date of filing must be provided at time of filing pursuant to NRS 517.230. Three payment options are available. This amendment expires June 30, 2011.
Effective April 1, 2010 Section 31 amends the fee for filing of Notice of Default an additional $150.
