Licensing

All dogs in Storey County over four months of age are required to be licensed. To obtain this licensing, you must provide proof of current rabies vaccination that was administered by a licensed veterinarian. Licenses expire the same day as the expiration date on a rabies certificate. Additionally, proof of spaying must be shown at time of licensing.
