Special Training/Experience

• Hazmat - This unit is specially trained to respond to recognize and respond to hazardous material. All training complies with OSHA.

• Detectives – These deputies handle cases requiring investigations such as burglaries, robberies, larcenies, suspicious deaths and forgeries.

• Drug Investigations – This unit is responsible for the investigation of illegal drug trafficking throughout Storey County as well as the arrest and conviction of individuals possessing and dealing in illegal drugs.
