In the event of an emergency, Storey County will attempt to notify you by phone and/or e-mail. Therefore, it is important for you to register with our emergency alert system with your most current contact information.
OnSolve CodeRED® is an emergency notification system that enables local public safety personnel to notify residents and businesses by telephone, text message, email, social media and more of
time-sensitive information, emergencies or urgent alerts.
Residents can enroll by visiting our Community Notification Enrollment page at https://public.coderedweb.com/CNE/99498DE0A0F3 or by texting “STOREY” to 99411 or via the below app. With the recent carrier and internet outages, it's important you receive alerts in any situation. Through OnSolve CodeRED®, you can download a mobile app to ensure you receive alerts in the event traditional methods are down.
