Application & Fees

The Storey County Planning Department processes applications for special use permits, variances, etc. Below, you will find the Development Application you can submit to the Planning Department as well as the corresponding fees.

To receive a copy of any of the applications, please click on a link below or contact our office. The forms indicated "fill out" can be filled out on your computer and submitted to our department with appropriate fees. The "hand form" can be printed and filled out by hand, then delivered to the Planning Department with appropriate fees.
