Planning Laws

The Nevada Division of State Lands Use Planning Agency, in conjunction with the Legislative Council Bureau, publishes Nevada State laws relating to planning every two years. The most recent update, published in 2021, governs the Storey County Planning Department’s land use planning initiatives.
