Storey County Public Works produces an annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) for our customers. This annual water quality report is posted here by July 1 of each year.

The report summarizes information regarding sources used for water (i.e., rivers, lakes, reservoirs, or aquifers), any detected contaminants, compliance, and educational information. The 2023 report is available for download (PDF), or copies of the current year--as well as previous years’ reports--are available by contacting our office.
