Each year there are a number of important dates that Storey County property owners should be aware of. The list below outlines these dates:

June 15	Owner occupancy cards must be returned Residential rental property affidavits due
June 30	Veteran, Surviving Spouse, and Blind Person exemption applications due
July 1	Taxes become a lien on all taxable property
July 31	Business personal property declaration forms due
October 31	Senior Tax Assistance Rebate (STAR) program applications due to State of Nevada
3rd Monday in August, and 1st Mondays in October, January, and March	Deadlines for quarterly property tax payments
