Accommodating Persons with Disabilities

The Virginia Township Justice Court is dedicated to ensuring that all qualified individuals with disabilities have equal and full access to the judicial system. Accommodations may include auxiliary aids and services, equipment devices, materials in alternative formats, readers, or interpreters for persons with hearing impairments. If you require an ADA/Section 504 accommodation for your court appearance, you must submit an ADA/SECTION 504 REQUEST FOR ACCOMMODATION BY A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY at least FIVE (5) business days prior to the date of your appearance.  If you need assistance completing the form, another person may fill it out on your behalf.  You will find the form under Miscellaneous on our FORMS page.
