Justice of the Peace Eileen Herrington is available to perform marriage ceremonies. 

You must call to schedule an appointment.  775-847-0962

The fee for the ceremony is $75.00

You must have at least one witness who is 18 years or older.

Licensing

Marriages performed in Storey County require the purchase of a Nevada Marriage License.  Your Nevada Marriage License is good in any county within our State.
